We believe the foundations laid in each child’s early years are crucial to their development.  Each child will be cared for and nurtured in a secure and safe environment using programs which meet and respond to their physical, social, intellectual and emotional needs.

We aim to:

• provide a safe, happy healthy environment that recognises each child’s needs and talents.
• ensure that all aspects of the child’s development needs are identified, programmed for and periodically assessed.
• provide a variety of educational and stimulating experiences based on each child’s developmental needs and interests.  Activities provided are age/stage appropriate and include experiences designed to enhance children’s learning and discovery.
• teach basic life skills through our motivating programs.
• ensure that all children are treated equally regardless of age, gender, race, religion, language and ability.
• provide children with the opportunity to explore materials at their own pace, have the opportunity to choose what they do and have the freedom to express themselves through play.

Families
We aim to:

• provide support to families through the provision of high quality care, resources and education.
• provide services to families with different economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds preventing segregation on the basis of any of these factors and always respecting the individual rights of all families.
• invite families to participate in children’s daily programs and have input into the experiences offered to children.

Community
We aim to:

• promote community awareness and understanding of quality children’s services.
• invite members of the community into our service for educational experiences.
