Your Yoga Temple
Our Children's Yoga and Wellness Program, known as 'Your Yoga Temple,' is designed to be fun, dynamic, and creative. Through the use of songs, storytelling, and imagination, we introduce yoga concepts such as poses, breathing techniques, mindfulness, focus, and relaxation to all children. This program encourages children to be aware of their breath, mindful in their movements, and attentive to their bodies. Classes are conducted by qualified children's yoga teachers and are available every Friday, providing an enriching experience for all children across the center.
